Introduction

Recently we had the pleasure of working on a new website redesign for the folks over at eSuite Talent. They were facing some unique challenges around their user experience and poor SEO optimization. Not to mention their recent brand glow up that had left their old Wordpress site looking a bit underwhelming by comparison...

The Challenge: Addressing Multiple Target Audiences

eSuite Talent approached us with concerns that their website was not meeting the needs of their three distinct target audiences. They wanted a website that would cater to brand owners looking for quality employees, job seekers looking for their next big opportunity, and eCommerce professionals looking to upskill via courses. Our challenge was to find a way to address these concerns without complicating the user experience.

The Solution: Focus on Job Seekers and Simplify Navigation

After our strategy session, we found that structuring a website based on various identified audiences was a surefire way to confuse and complicate the user experience. Instead, we decided to focus on one audience: job seekers. By doing this, we were able to ensure that each potential user action was easy to access. We did this via a colour-coded dropdown navigation system that made it simple for users to navigate the website.

The Design: A Modern, Responsive Website

Once we had the strategy in place, it was time to move onto wireframes and design. Our team of experts worked closely with eSuite Talent to create a modern, responsive website that matched their new branding. We focused on creating a seamless user experience that made it easy for job seekers to find and apply for job opportunities.

The Development: A Custom Webflow Site

With the design finalized, it was time for our developers to bring the website to life. We chose Webflow for this project because of its flexibility and ability to create custom designs. Our team built a custom Webflow site that was optimized for SEO and provided a seamless user experience on desktop and mobile devices.

At The Flow Lab, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality Web design, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) design services to businesses of all sizes.
